3. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for maintaining accurate menus, pricing and business information.
4. Customer Orders
Customers place orders directly through the restaurant's QR menu. Restaurants are responsible for order fulfillment.
5. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or covered under our refund policy.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access or use TrayTap for unlawful activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All TrayTap branding, software and content remain the property of TrayTap.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrayTap is not responsible for losses resulting from restaurant operations, internet outages or third-party service failures.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
